Our kitchen is built around the art of dough in its many forms — from high-hydration contemporary pizza, long-fermented for lightness and digestibility, to pan-baked padellino, twice-cooked pizza, focaccia and more.
From the stove, handmade pasta and Italian dishes bring the bold, honest flavours of our Italian heritage to the table.

Reservation Policy
Please note, all reservations for groups of up to 6 guests are allocated a 1.5-hour seating time. We will always do our best to accommodate additional time where possible — please let us know in advance.
We can cater to most dietary requirements; however, we kindly ask that you contact us by phone or email prior to your booking to confirm suitability.
At this stage, gluten-free pizza is available on request only via phone with 48 hours notice.
For groups of 8 guests or more, we offer set menu experiences only, priced at $55, $75, or a minimum spend of food only of $55 per person. These menus can be viewed during the booking process under “Experiences.”
No payment is taken at the time of booking; Credit card details are necessary in order to reserve a larger table. We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will result in a charge to the credit card provided. No refunds will be issued.
